Qualifications

• DoD procurement experience and knowledge of FAR/DFARS
• Ability to place Purchase Orders over TINA dollar threshold
• U.S. Person or eligible to obtain export authorizations

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFIs/RFPs, Subcontracts, POs
• Place medium-complexity POs in compliance with FAR/DFARS
• Perform price and cost analyses to support proposals
• Develop procurement strategies for cost-effective acquisitions
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
• Conduct supplier market research and assess capabilities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business goals
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract compliance
• Maintain records of procurement activities and contracts
• Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks
• Adhere to RTX procurement policies and continuously improve processes
