Job summary

RTX is seeking a remote Procurement professional to own end-to-end sourcing and purchasing processes. You will identify qualified vendors, ensure ITAR compliance, and manage POs while monitoring delivery and supplier performance in a dynamic environment.

This role requires a university degree or equivalent, 5+ years in procurement, and U.S. citizenship or eligibility due to ITAR controls. The position is remote from TX with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in procurement.
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
• Experience with ITAR, FAR/DFARS compliance and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to PO closure post-payment.
• Identify qualified vendors and ensure ITAR/compliance.
• Issue RFQs, compare quotations and select the best source.
• Create and manage purchase orders and track delivery.
• Maintain records and generate weekly procurement reports.
