Job summary

RTX is an aerospace and defense leader seeking a Subcontract Administrator to manage FFP, cost reimbursable and other subcontract types, including development/R&D efforts. You will evaluate suppliers, build partnerships, and negotiate long term Price Agreements while working with Program Office and Engineering to shape procurement strategies and SOWs.

Role requires experience with reading drawings, familiarity with FAR/DFAR, and the ability to secure export authorizations.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years.
• Experience reading and understanding drawing specifications.
• U.S. Person or eligible for export authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and administer multiple subcontract types, including FFP, Cost Reimbursement, and T&M.
• Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers meeting Raytheon requirements.
• Develop business partner relationships with suppliers.
• Generate and negotiate Long Term Price Agreements and related agreements.
• Collaborate with Program Office and Engineering to define procurement strategies and SOWs.
• Solicit proposals from subcontractors and perform source selection analyses.
• Monitor subcontractor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
