Responsibilities

• DCWF program implementation, management, and DoW compliance.
• Design and execute talent management: recruiting, upskilling, career development, retention.
• Ensure J6 Information Operations maintains a skilled, resilient workforce.
• Manage J6 enterprise human capital programs: surveys, assessments, drug testing, feedback, leadership development.
• Complete manpower studies to measure utilization and future requirements.
• Establish long-range planning, priorities, and schedules to achieve corporate goals.
• Develop and implement agency-wide policies and guidance while analyzing legislation.
• Lead studies to propose organizational and mission changes for J6 operations.
• Review directives from OMB, OPM, and OSD affecting manpower resources.
