Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Workforce Development Analyst to support the National Capital Region based Air Force arms control workforce and strategic communications programs. You will help recruit, manage, and develop the Treaty Compliance Officer workforce, track billets, review manpower documents, and coordinate workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher in HR, business, public admin, or a related field.
• 3+ years in workforce development, manpower, personnel, force management, or related areas.
• Experience with Air Force manpower, personnel, or force development processes preferred.
• Ability to analyze workforce data and translate into reports and actionable briefs.
• Experience with creating executive-level reports, briefings, and communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication and coordinating across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for recruitment, management, and development of the Treaty Compliance Officer workforce.
• Track and manage designated DoD arms control billets.
• Review Unit Manpower Documents and advise on manpower requirements.
• Support billet transfers between organizations and related admin tasks.
• Coordinate workforce development initiatives with AF commands and stakeholders.
• Develop quarterly workforce status reports and recommended actions.
