Job summary

Defense Human Resources Activity seeks a Supervisory Program Manager (Talent Development) to lead enterprise-wide leader and professional development programs for the DoW civilian workforce. The role requires directing complex instructional systems and overseeing program evaluation and policy development.

The incumbent will manage multiple contract vehicles, oversee COR duties, and provide advisory services to senior leaders, including SES/PAS.

Qualifications

• Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

Responsibilities

• Directs, conducts, and oversees planning, instructional systems design, development, implementation, monitoring, consultation, compliance, innovation, reporting, delivery, and evaluation of policies and programs involving complex processes.
• Oversees assessment data development and integration to drive continuous improvement across educational programs.
• Manages the division's budget and contract vehicles to ensure cost-effective procurement.
