Job summary

CACI is seeking a DoW Rewards Program Coordinator to guide our DoWRP efforts with a focus on planning, execution, and partner nation management. You will serve as SME to the Geographic Combatant Command J39 and help shape capabilities across Information Operations and Cyberspace Operations to meet program priorities.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, willingness to travel OCONUS, and the ability to work across joint teams in complex environments, ensuring mission success and security.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance and willingness to submit to a poly.
• Experience at a TSOC, CCMD, or Joint Task Force.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide daily feedback to team lead.
• Willing to rotate shifts and OCONUS travel as required.
• Associates degree with five years' experience or seven years' relevant work experience.
• Experience with DoD Rewards Program management and execution.

Responsibilities

• Embed with and advise the Geographic Combatant Command J39 on DoWRP.
• Provide SME on IO, UW, MISO, MILDEC, EW, and Cyberspace Operations for DoWRP.
• Perform mission analysis, assessment, and problem solving.
• Innovate DoDRP capabilities and integrate partner nations while considering security concerns.
• Track performance measures (MOPs/MOEs) and advise on effective use of capabilities.
