Job summary

ECS seeks a Program Lead to join our Northern VA office to guide a DoW network program. You will lead cross-functional teams, align resources, and drive delivery to meet objectives, with strong emphasis on people leadership and program governance.

You will coordinate priorities with customers and senior management, ensuring on-time, within-budget outcomes while fostering organizational growth and capabilities across the program.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams with strong people leadership.
• Experience in workforce planning, staffing, and resource management.
• Proven program and project management skills including schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; ability to engage with customers and senior leadership.
