Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to support a large-scale corporate divestiture and organizational transition within a complex enterprise. You will coordinate business and operational activities, align stakeholders, manage access and user transitions, and ensure data validation and process continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large-scale enterprise transitions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with regulated industries (pharma, medical devices, life sciences) preferred.
• Proven track record in stakeholder alignment and readiness tracking.

Responsabilités

• Support business execution and coordination across a large-scale transition program.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, BPOs, Product Owners, and technical teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions across workstreams.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, status reviews, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate readiness activities related to user changes, access, roles, licensing, and processes.
• Work with business teams and BPOs to ensure completion of transition activities.
• Identify and escalate risks and potential impacts on timelines.
• Maintain program documentation including status reports and risk trackers.
• Communicate progress and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support transition readiness, cutover coordination, and post-transition stabilization.
