Job summary

Lake Shore Associates is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a major divestiture program. You will drive Day 1 readiness, Day 2 transition and ongoing separation activities, coordinating across multi-functional workstreams and TSA governance.

The role requires strong execution, risk management, and executive reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget separation success. Candidate must have 8+ years in program management, TSA experience, and global/transformation programs; excellent

Qualifications

At least 8 years of Program Management experience.
Experience with TSA definition, transition, stabilization, and exit activities.
Experience supporting global or multi-geography transformations.
Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the integrated separation program across multiple functional workstreams.
Establish and manage the overall program governance, cadence, and reporting.
Develop and maintain the integrated program plan with milestones and dependencies.
Partner with TSA workstream leaders to manage scope, readiness, and exit considerations.
Identify and mitigate cross-functional risks, issues, and critical path activities.
Lead regular governance and executive reporting meetings with clear decisions.
Provide concise, actionable executive dashboards on program health and readiness.
