Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 11 years of relevant experience in healthcare functions.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and coordinate multi‑function teams.
• Experience leading large, multi‑million dollar integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end integration and separation initiatives across the lifecycle.
• Establish governance structures, roadmaps, and program plans.
• Influence executives and stakeholders; manage risks and dependencies.
• Develop KPI tracking, synergy realization, and post‑integration reviews.
• Advance IMO methodologies, standards, and best practices.
