Job summary

Inadev is seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead the transition-in and transition-out activities for the Legacy program. The Transition Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute all transition activities to ensure uninterrupted operations, effective knowledge transfer, staffing readiness, and risk mitigation throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, PM, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex IT program transitions.
• Experience supporting Federal Government technology programs.
• Experience transitioning large-scale operations, maintenance, or modernization programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience developing transition schedules, risk registers, and readiness plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the Transition Management Plan.
• Lead transition-in and transition-out activities per contract.
• Coordinate onboarding of personnel, facilities, tools, processes, and documentation.
• Ensure operational readiness prior to service acceptance.
• Prepare transition status reports and executive briefings.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Maintain transition risk and issue logs.
