TEKsystems is seeking a Senior M&A Program Manager to lead divestitures and transition efforts, interfacing with Senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners. The role emphasizes global program delivery, cost control, and stakeholder engagement.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on M&A experience, deep IT program expertise, and exceptional communication skills to drive successful outcomes in complex transactions.

Formación

• Hands-on experience leading global M&A divestitures.
• Strong IT program and project management expertise.
• Proven ability to interface with senior leadership and technical teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global M&A deals through transition and program execution.
• Direct programs, manage cost, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate resources across multiple projects within the program.
• Maintain and explain M&A program methodologies and policies.
• Monitor progress to ensure schedules, budget, and benefits are achieved.
• Communicate objectives and progress to program directors and executives.
• Evaluate and supervise multiple projects within the program.
• Assist in establishing IT M&A one-time cost estimates.
• Deliver programs on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Support vendor selection, management, and performance milestones.
• Drive program planning and control from an operations perspective.
