Job summary

Participate Learning seeks a Strategic Placement Manager to grow the Ambassador Teacher program by managing a portfolio of school district partners and leading placement efforts. You will build trusted relationships with district leaders, understand staffing needs, and use data to identify opportunities for growth and retention.

You will collaborate with Account Management, Partnerships, Admissions, and other teams to translate district needs into successful placements, strengthen partnerships,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in a customer-focused role in education, as a school leader or district administrator, or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel to NC/VA and nationwide conferences.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a strategically assigned portfolio of school district partners and drive Ambassador Teacher placements.
• Build relationships with district HR leaders, superintendents, principals, and other decision-makers.
• Develop and execute account strategies to grow placements and expand partnerships.
• Lead the Ambassador Teacher placement process for assigned districts, including staffing needs and interviews.
• Maintain proactive communication with district partners regarding placement status and visa processing.
• Forecast placement activity and identify growth opportunities based on data and market insights.
• Collaborate across internal teams to support district needs and resolve complex issues.
• Represent Participate Learning in district meetings, conferences, and partner-facing events.
