Responsibilities

• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Oversee SOP development for customers and ensure standardized processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems.
• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, and training records.
• Supervise logistics staff and coordinate inbound/outbound operations.
• Negotiate transportation rates and manage vendor and carrier relationships.
• Plan improvements to internal logistics systems and monitor performance.
