Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of international freight forwarding experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Florida with growth opportunities within the logistics

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of international freight forwarding experience.
• Industry related degree or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Seek opportunities to maximize profit while reducing customer supply chain costs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Facilitate day-to-day shipment activity and provide status updates to customers.
• Process shipments for key customer accounts and issue SOP-based instructions to agents.
• Prepare and review shipping documents and arrange transport logistics.
• Update customers with shipment progress and accrue costs in the system.
