Job summary

TAS Environmental Services, LP is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with a strong understanding of TAS services and a proven sales track record.

You will report to District Managers with a dotted line to Regional Sales Directors, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth through strategic market engagement and compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; experience can substitute education.
• 3+ years of sales experience in environmental or similar industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Travel requirements of 50% or more.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and email marketing.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Create proposals and presentations to showcase TAS’ value proposition.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Work with the District Manager and Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
• Mitigate and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to track and manage sales pipelines.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Business Development Manager Job Duties

Requirements

Education and Experience:
