Vanderlande is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support Distribution hiring across the Americas. You will partner with hiring managers to design recruitment strategies, manage the full-cycle process, and build robust talent pipelines to sustain growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, market intelligence, and collaboration with HR partners and mobility teams to ensure compliant, engaging candidate experiences while improving time-to-fill metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in a corporate TA environment.
• 5+ years developing proactive recruiting strategies including nontraditional sourcing.
• 5+ years using applicant tracking systems and managing recruitment data.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions, preferably within Distribution, logistics or engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic partnership with Distribution hiring managers across the Americas.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, social networks, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs.
• Leverage data to forecast hiring needs and improve time-to-fill.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, Global Mobility and other stakeholders.
