Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment; supply chain or logistics experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading high-volume and complex recruiting initiatives across multiple sites or functions.
• Experience coaching recruiters, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with leaders and hiring managers to develop strategic recruiting plans aligned with operational needs.
• Lead high-volume and specialty recruitment efforts requiring advanced sourcing and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate and execute hiring events and campus outreach with internal and external partners.
• Coach and mentor junior recruiters to build sourcing capabilities and processes.
