Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Lancaster, USA. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across assigned units, partnering with leaders to develop strategic plans and ensure high-quality hires.

This role requires self-motivation, strategic thinking, and experience managing high-volume searches, new site startups, and complex recruiting programs. You will coach recruiters and maintain compliant, data-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment; supply chain or logistics experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading high-volume and complex recruiting across multiple sites or functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Partner with leaders to develop strategic recruiting plans aligned with operational needs.
• Coach, train, and mentor junior recruiters to build sourcing capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Maintain awareness of TA metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and DSV policies.
