Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience in corporate talent acquisition.
• Experience with proactive sourcing and direct talent engagement.
• Experience using Workday for recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with Distribution hiring managers across the Americas.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and networks.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for distribution hiring needs.
• Analyze recruiting metrics with Workday to forecast hiring needs and improve time to fill.
