Job summary

Fairbanks Scales is seeking a Distribution Sales Specialist to execute growth plans and serve as the primary contact for distributors. You will address and triage all customer service needs while promoting our product set through consultative sales and targeted campaigns.

Responsibilities include developing potential customers, negotiating pricing, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering training to distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years customer service and/or sales experience in an office setting.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for assigned accounts including sales and service personnel.
• Target and develop potential customers to grow the distribution base.
• Promote and sell the product set through consultative sales and campaigns.
• Evaluate opportunities, communicate critical information, and meet sales goals.
• Negotiate pricing and create proposals for sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Provide training to the distribution network via phone, video, or in-person.
• Track engagement plans and improve distributor sales performance.
