Job summary

Fairbanks Scales in Mission Hills, KS is hiring a sales-focused professional to execute a growth plan for the Distribution channel, serving as the primary contact for distributors and triaging all customer service needs.

You will identify new opportunities, promote the Fairbanks product set through consultative sales and marketing campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams to meet sales objectives and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years customer service and/or sales experience in an office setting.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, including sales and service personnel.
• Targets and develops potential customers to build the distribution customer base.
• Promotes and sells Fairbanks product set through consultative sales and marketing processes.
• Evaluates customer opportunities, communicates information, and attains sales goals.
• Negotiates pricing and creates proposals; presents quotes to meet customer needs.
• Conducts follow up calls after distributor interactions to confirm objectives are met.
• Coordinates and tracks distributor engagement activities with internal departments.
• Delivers training to the distribution network over phone, video conference, or in person.
• Duties as assigned and follows company policies.
