Fairbanks Scales Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainer to continuously develop sales skills across territory and national accounts. You will collaborate with executives to ensure each team member has a clear education plan and tracks progress along a defined path.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in sales training, enablement, or corporate training for B2B teams.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on with LMS and e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate) and video tools.

• Assess training needs with sales leadership using performance data and feedback.
• Design onboarding, product, and sales-skills curricula using ADDIE or SAM.
• Create content for instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and microlearning formats.
• Translate technical product information into customer-focused content.
• Develop vertical-specific training for agriculture, mining, and logistics markets.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions for groups of various sizes.
• Apply adult learning principles and provide on-the-job application.
• Coach one-on-one and enable sales managers to reinforce training.
• Lead programs for products, sales methodology, and CRM use.
• Administer LMS: enrollments, paths, completions, reporting.
• Create content with authoring tools and run virtual sessions on Teams or Zoom.
• Partner with sales operations to integrate training with CRM workflows.
