Job summary

Signify is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Specialist in the United States to grow stock sales within an assigned territory and collaborate with distributor partners. You will drive product promotions, provide training to channel staff, and coordinate order support with the Commercial & Industrial District Sales Manager.

Travel up to 50% may be required. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ year sales experience are preferred, along with strong Excel and analytical skills to support data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in sales and product training is preferred.
• Experience with Excel and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve stock sales goals and execute sales plans in the assigned territory.
• Drive demand and stock sales through distributors with promotions and merchandising.
• Lead sales training to increase product knowledge for channel staff and key contractors.
• Provide pre- and post-order stock support and coordinate with the District Sales Manager.
• Coordinate plans with distributor counter/inside personnel to meet growth targets.
