Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator II to support the Sales Team, Technicians, and Residential Sales Consultants. The role focuses on accurate data maintenance, scheduling, and efficient routing of staff to service calls in a dynamic environment.

You will work with capacity planning, ensure timely updates, and uphold professional customer interactions while following company procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or customer service environments.
• Dispatching experience is desirable.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local streets, highways, cities, and towns.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to schedule service, maintenance, or sales calls.
• Call customers to remind them of upcoming appointments and inform changes.
• Plan and route branch staff to service calls based on availability and skills.
• Maintain capacity planner and fill appointment gaps from cancellations.
• Represent the company professionally in all business matters.
• Assign leads to Residential Sales Consultants per policy.
