Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator III to support the sales operations team. The role focuses on coordinating appointments, dispatching technicians, and maintaining accurate lead and sales data.

You will interact with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and generate reports. Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving are essential, with a high school diploma and 4+ years in customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in customer service.
• Prior dispatching experience is desirable.
• Experience with computers and administrative software; AS400 experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
• Schedule service/maintenance calls and ensure decision maker is present.
• Plan and route technicians based on availability, skills, and location.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
• Enter sales appointment details and track leads in the sales system.
• Generate daily sales reports and support center communications.
