Job summary

Engineering Excellence Incorporated seeks a Sales Operations Coordinator III to support moderately complex projects within the Sales Operations family. You will work under general supervision to schedule and coordinate service calls, manage leads, and assist the Residential Sales Consultants with install opportunities.

You will interact with customers, technicians, and sales staff to ensure timely communication, accurate information, and efficient capacity planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years experience in customer service or another customer-facing environment.
• Experience or training using computers and related systems in an administrative setting.
• Prior dispatching experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Communicates with customers to schedule service/maintenance/sales calls and gathers information on needs.
• Calls customers to remind them of upcoming appointments and updates on technician arrival times.
• Plans and routes technicians to service calls based on availability, skills, location, and scheduling data.
