Job summary

Numotion seeks a Director of Service Order Processing to lead a multi-location team responsible for timely repair orders and superior customer service. This role mentors coordinators and drives career growth while upholding Numotion’s service standards.

The candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of operations leadership and 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a proven track record coordinating across departments to improve scheduling, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum of five years of operational work experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service order processing team to deliver repair services and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide direct coaching on performance and career development.
• Coordinate service technicians' scheduling and routing for timely service.
• Resolve escalations with other Numotion departments within procedures.
• Ensure accurate data entry and scheduling in the order processing system.
• Improve customer satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Lead service and repair best practices across the territory.
• Adhere to Numotion policies and confidentiality.
