Job summary

Numotion, North America’s largest provider of mobility products and services, seeks a Director of Service Order Processing to oversee daily operations for the service coordinators across multiple locations. You will drive timely repair orders, mentor staff, and partner with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and career growth opportunities.

The role reports to Operations and offers a competitive salary with an annual incentive plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of five years of operational work experience and/or training.
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring and/or coaching.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct the service order processing team in providing repair services to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide direct coaching (performance and career) routinely.
Coordinate service technicians’ activities to ensure timely service and repair.
Address and resolve escalations in the required timeframes.
Direct quality and timely assistance for customers with service & repair requests.
Work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and improve turnaround times.
Review calls for quality with a focus on improving customer-service skills.
Lead and implement service and repair best practices and drive standardized processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Adhere to Numotion leadership principles and confidentiality policies.
