This role mentors staff, coordinates with service technicians, and drives improvements across scheduling, routing, and issue resolution.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, at least five years in operations and two years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years of operational work experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct the service order processing team in providing repair services to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide direct coaching (performance and career) routinely.
• Coordinate service technicians’ activities, including optimization of scheduling and routing to ensure quality and timely service and repair.
• Address and resolve escalations with other Numotion departments within procedures timelines.
• Direct quality and timely assistance for customers with service & repair requests.
