Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Director of Service Order Processing to oversee multiple-location service coordinators, guarantee timely repair order processing, and deliver superior customer service. The role emphasizes mentoring coordinators to advance their careers while ensuring efficient cross-functional collaboration with service technicians and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
• Minimum of five years of operational work experience and/or training.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring and/or coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service order processing team in providing repair services and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Provide direct coaching (performance and career) routinely.
• Coordinate service technicians’ activities, including optimization of scheduling and routing.
• Address and resolve escalations in timeframes outlined in procedures.
• Direct quality and timely assistance for customers with service & repair requests and scheduling.
• Increase customer satisfaction and improve turnaround times.
• Review calls for quality to improve customer-service skills.
• Lead and implement service & repair best practices within the territory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to Numotion Leadership Principles and confidentiality.
