Job summary

Numotion, North America\u2019s largest provider of mobility products and services, seeks a Director of Service Order Processing to lead a multi-site team. You will drive timely repair orders, coach staff, and optimize scheduling while collaborating with other departments to resolve escalations and deliver best-in-class customer service.

You will mentor coordinators to grow their careers, ensure data accuracy in systems, and elevate service and repair processes across the territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years of operational work experience and/or training.
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including coaching.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct the service order processing team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provide direct coaching and career development for team members.
Coordinate service technician activities and optimize scheduling and routing.
Resolve escalations within defined timeframes with other departments.
Ensure accurate data entry in order processing systems and scheduling.
Improve turnaround times and overall customer service quality.
Monitor calls for quality and coach to improve customer interactions.
Implement best practices and drive standardized service processes.
