Job summary

Vizient in Chicago seeks a Sales Performance & Analytics Director to lead forecasting, pipeline governance, and sales analytics. You will partner with the Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and business leaders to build a data-driven operating model that improves forecast accuracy and seller productivity.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, develop performance frameworks, and ensure executive reporting.

Qualifications

7+ years in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or related functions.
Experience leading forecasting, sales analytics, pipeline management and performance reporting.
Proven ability to partner with senior sales leaders and executive stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Deep knowledge of AI tools and responsible use in complex business contexts.

Responsibilities

Oversee sales performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Analyze productivity, attainment, pipeline conversion, and revenue performance to identify opportunities.
Lead forecasting processes, pipeline governance, and reporting rhythms for Spend Management Sales.
Collaborate with AVP, Sales Operations and Finance to identify risks and opportunities.
Monitor pipeline health and forecast accuracy to improve commercial outcomes.
Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting discussions; ensure accountability.
