Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, Commercial Excellence, or related functions.
• Experience leading forecasting, sales analytics, pipeline management, and performance reporting functions.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business intelligence capabilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Demonstrates deep knowledge of AI tools and responsible use in business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee forecasting processes, pipeline governance, and executive reporting.
• Analyze sales productivity, attainment, pipeline health, and revenue performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with AVP, Sales Operations and Finance to identify risks, opportunities, and revenue projections.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting discussions with accountability and follow-through.
• Establish governance standards for CRM usage, data integrity, and reporting rhythms.
• Develop performance models and analyses to support sales planning and growth initiatives.
