Job summary

Vizient is seeking a data-driven analyst to join the Data & Digital Sales Operations team in Chicago. You will enable stronger commercial decision-making through accurate forecasting, actionable performance insights, and scalable reporting frameworks.

You will partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance and Leadership to improve forecast reliability and revenue growth. You will develop executive dashboards, support forecasting processes, and drive CRM governance across the organization,

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience supporting sales operations analytics, forecasting, or revenue operations.
• Strong BI and reporting capabilities with actionable insights.
• Experience with CRM data governance and adoption initiatives.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales performance tracking, analytics, and reporting for strategic decisions.
• Develop executive dashboards for key sales metrics such as win rates, pipeline, quota attainment, and revenue per seller.
• Analyze trends and root causes to identify improvement opportunities across teams.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align outcomes and reporting.
• Support variable compensation planning and performance analysis.
• Build scalable analytics tools, reporting frameworks, and processes.
• Guide CRM training, onboarding and data governance efforts.
