Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Sales Performance & Analytics Director in Irving, TX to lead forecasting, performance management, and analytics for the Spend Management Sales organization.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Marketing and business leaders to establish a data-driven operating model and improve forecast accuracy and seller productivity. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in Sales Operations, Analytics, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
• Experience leading forecasting, analytics, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Proven collaboration with senior sales leaders and executives.
• Strong financial modelling and BI capabilities.
• Knowledge of AI tools and responsible AI use in business decisions.
• Experience building executive dashboards and scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Analyze productivity, attainment, pipeline conversion, and revenue performance to spot trends.
• Own forecasting processes, pipeline governance, and reporting rhythms across Spend Management Sales.
• Partner with AVP, Sales Ops and Finance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead pipeline reviews and forecasting discussions with accountability.
• Develop insights and recommendations for business planning and decision-making.
• Ensure data quality and CRM governance to support forecasting accuracy.
• Drive adoption of reporting capabilities and improve seller productivity.
