Responsibilities

• Support account planning and strategy by analyzing client priorities and opportunities.
• Apply healthcare supply chain knowledge to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with enterprise, BI, sales analytics, and client engagement teams.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, governance, and training.
• Monitor account plans, health, and KPIs; prepare leadership updates.
• Maintain CRM data integrity across contacts, opportunities, and communications.
• Improve workflows using critical thinking and AI-enabled tools.
