Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior leader for Market Access & Patient Services (MAPS) to drive contract analytics and pricing strategies across immunology brands in the U.S. You will lead a team of analytics professionals, partner with BESD, and influence executive decision making through advanced modeling and data insights.

The role requires strong leadership, real-world data modeling, and deep knowledge of the U.S. payer landscape, including PBMs and health plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in actuarial modeling, scenario planning and financial analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of payer analytics and market access.
• Strong data-driven decision making and storytelling for execs.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer contract analytics across Market Access to optimize GTN.
• Develop and refine pricing/contracting models for key brands.
• Lead a contracted analytics team and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with Finance, BTS, Legal, Pricing and Sales to align access strategies.
