Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior leader to steer the MAPS Payer Contract Analytics team, shaping market access strategies across immunology brands. You will collaborate with Finance, BTS, Legal and field teams to set approved contracting terms that maximize net sales across PBMs and payers.

You will lead a team, advance analytics capabilities, and drive data-driven deal recommendations for executive leadership, while modernizing models to reflect evolving payer landscapes in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Strong business and financial acumen, with capability in actuarial modeling, scenario planning, and financial analysis.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment and align to cross-functional ways of working.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. payer dynamics and data-driven storytelling to influence executives.
• Experience leveraging enterprise BI visualization tools to communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer contract analytics across Market Access for AbbVie Immunology brands to optimize GTN.
• Influence brand-level pricing and contracting strategies with key PBMs and payers.
• Model payer response to contract terms and track post-deal performance via ROI analyses.
• Develop and refine contracting models reflecting evolving payer business models.
• Lead pre- and post-deal analytics to advance brand objectives and financial planning.
• Mentor and develop team members to deliver timely, accurate bids and insights.
