Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong business and financial acumen with contracting focus.
• Actuarial modeling, scenario planning, or financial analysis experience.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed organization.
• Deep knowledge of US payer landscape and channel dynamics.
• Proficiency with enterprise BI visualization tools.
• Experience analyzing patient claims data (IQVIA LAAD, Symphony Health, MMIT).
• Understanding pharmacy stakeholder economics including PBMs and GPOs.
• Ability to convey complex analytics into executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer contract analytics across Market Access for AbbVie Neuroscience and Specialty brands.
• Influence pricing and contracting strategies at key payers to maximize net sales.
• Develop data-driven deal recommendations for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate access strategies into actions.
• Evolve contracting models to reflect payer business dynamics and 340B considerations.
