Job summary

AbbVie’s Market Access & Patient Services (MAPS) organization seeks a people leader for the Payer Contract Analytics team to drive contracting strategies and advanced analytics across US payer channels. You will collaborate with Finance, Forecasting, Legal, Pricing, and field-based Account Managers to optimize brand net sales while leading a team of contract analytics professionals.

The role requires strong real-world data modeling skills and deep knowledge of the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting or data/financial analysis roles.
• 5+ years in Market Access Payer Analytics or contracting.
• Strong financial acumen with actuarial modeling and scenario planning.
• Experience influencing contract strategy with data-driven pricing and utilization studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer contract analytics across Market Access for AbbVie Neuroscience and Specialty brands.
• Influence pricing and contracting strategies at the customer level to maximize net sales.
• Model payer response to terms and track performance using ROI analyses.
• Lead and mentor direct reports to ensure timely, accurate bid responses.
