Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior leader for Market Access & Patient Services (MAPS) Payer Contract Analytics to shape contracting strategies for US brands. You will lead a team, apply advanced modeling, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Pricing to maximize brand value.

In this role you will drive analytics across payer channels, optimize GTN, and mentor analysts while navigating the evolving US reimbursement landscape. A data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting or data/financial roles.
• 5+ years in Market Access Payer Analytics or similar.
• Experience with claims data (IQVIA LAAD, Symphony Health).
• Strong business and financial acumen for pricing and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer contract analytics across Market Access for Neuroscience and Specialty brands.
• Influence brand-level pricing and contracting to optimize formulary access.
• Model payer behavior and ROI/variance analyses for deal scenarios.
• Guide and mentor direct reports to deliver timely bid responses.
• Develop contracting models for evolving payer landscapes including 340B concessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Payer Strategy, BTS, Legal) to align strategies.
