Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior leader for Market Access & Patient Services (MAPS) to drive payer contract analytics and pricing strategy for the US market. You will lead a team, model complex contracting scenarios, and influence negotiations with PBMs and health plans.

Collaborate with Finance, Forecasting, Legal, and Field teams to maximize brand net sales. Role requires deep knowledge of US payer dynamics, BI tools, and advanced analytics methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in management consulting, data/financial analysis or related roles.
• 5+ years in Market Access Payer Analytics or pricing/contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer contract analytics across Market Access for AbbVie brands.
• Develop and refine contracting models and pricing strategies with senior stakeholders.
• Mentor direct reports and drive cross-functional collaboration across Teams.
• Perform GTN reconciliation and post-deal analytics to guide decisions.
• Interface with PBMs, Health Plans, and external partners to influence negotiations.
