Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior leader for Market Access & Patient Services to guide payer contract analytics and drive effective contracting strategies across immunology brands. You will model complex payer scenarios, lead GBAs with PBMs, and mentor a team to deliver data-driven access decisions.

The role requires deep U.S. market access knowledge, collaboration with Finance, Legal, Pricing, and field teams, and the ability to communicate insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires strong business and financial acumen with contracting experience.
• Experience leading Payer analytics and negotiating pricing/contracting strategies.
• Excellent ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer contract analytics across Market Access for AbbVie brands.
