Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Market Access & Patient Services (MAPS) professional to lead payer contract analytics, shaping market access strategies across multiple brands and channels. You will build robust deal models, perform gross-to-net analyses, and deliver actionable insights to Finance, Marketing, and field teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and influencing strategy for current and pipeline products within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years in financial modelling or data analytics in pharma, healthcare, or consulting.
• Experience in contract analytics and pricing/financial modeling for payer contracts.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, Marketing and field-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop analytics related to contracting for AbbVie brand products across immunology, oncology and other areas.
• Provide insights into payer contracting dynamics across Commercial, Medicare and other channels.
• Ensure pricing and contracting analytics for current and pipeline products across payer deals.
• Perform deal/no-deal modelling including gross-to-net assessments and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Lead and prepare financial modeling summaries and payer insights for negotiations and outcomes.
• Collaborate on internal presentations and address contracting analysis questions; retrospectively analyze Actuals vs forecast.
