Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology-related field and at least 3 years in administration or supervisory IT roles, preferably in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of the Client Services unit and staff.
• Develop and manage budget for Client Services unit.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams on DR and endpoint security initiatives.
• Oversee software licensing, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
