Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of related work experience.
• At least 3 years in a mid-management or director-level position.
• ITIL Foundations or equivalent; CompTIA Project+ certification.
• Willingness to travel as needed and collaborate across campuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide budgetary oversight for campus technology budget and ensure financial controls.
• Lead campus technology teams to deliver consistent, high-quality IT services.
• Develop and maintain operational plans; measure performance against campus strategic plans.
• Provide purchasing support for bulk hardware and direct capital budgeting.
• Collaborate to document and implement standard IT operating procedures.
• Meet with executives and stakeholders to determine technology needs and priorities.
• Promote and monitor IT security across data, network, systems, and applications.
• Provide leadership for project planning, timelines, and campus delivery coordination.
