Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years IT experience, preferably in education or non‑profit multi‑site environment.
• Demonstrated mastery of network routing, cloud systems administration, database management, and cross‑platform hardware support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus hardware life cycles, deployment and maintenance for access control, surveillance, PA systems, and radio communications.
• Maintain core network architecture: Wi‑Fi, fiber, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage MDM (JAMF School) usage and effectiveness.
• Improve system reliability, efficiency, and scalability through proactive performance management.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and operations procedures.
