Job summary

Family Centers in Greenwich, CT seeks an IT Director to lead and evolve the organization’s technology strategy. You will own infrastructure, security, and end-user support, while partnering with MSPs and vendors to deliver reliable services across locations.

The role combines hands-on technical work with executive-level planning, including budgeting, policy development, and roadmap execution to support mission-driven programs.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive IT management experience.
• Hands-on IT leadership balancing strategic and daily operations.
• Strong communications with non-technical leadership.
• Experience with budget planning and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure, security, user support, vendor relationships, asset management, and strategic IT planning.
• Manage AD, Microsoft 365, Citrix, and network infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with MSPs and vendors, review SLAs, and ensure contractual commitments.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, governance, and multi-year IT roadmap.
• Prepare technology briefings for senior leadership and board members.
